My long weekend !!

                     my long weekend!!!

So this week we had a long weekend because on Monday it was labour day so on Saturday we had a day at home,just tidying up.

But on Sunday we went up to Hohour for dinner and why we were waiting me Jamie and my brother went paddle boarding and me and Jamie were on a board together and we almost went on to mount camel but my dad called us in so we couldn't.

Then we went back and had dinner and then after dinner it was dark so me Ryan Liam,Jamie,will and me played spot light then after that we went home.Then on Monday we tidy up at camp then went home.

So 2 weeks ago it was term three but now its term 4 . Today its Monday and Mrs Cutler asked to do a amazing,scary and relaxing holiday blog post about our holiday so i'm going to share it with you so here we go!!

 1.amazing

Today you want to now something amazing in my holiday was skiing it was so amazing. So we were in Wanaka and the place that we skied at was called Cardrona and I skied with my dad and we skied up the big mountain and down it because I practice and then my dad took me up there and my brother was snow boarding cause of his stiches.

 2.scary

 Well in Queenstown I went flying.

The place I flew was called ifly and so me and my brother put on our gear and we had a teacher and she went in the big machine and then we ran and jump in and we flew it was so scary then a man came in and took us too the top but we didn't walk up, we flew up and it made my body fell weird so that was something scary I did.

3.relaxing

something relaxing I did in the holiday was when I came back from Hohoura in the car and I had a nice long sleep from coming back from Hohoura because me and Hannah were running around a lot and she even went to sleep to.

3 weeks ago Hiwi the kiwi came into our school and then all the class came into Piwakawaka and there names were Mrs Minstrel and Mr Minstrel and they taught us to wear the life jackets and some songs and my favourite song is Kaimoana and did you know that black petrol is in-danger on barrier Island?He told us some real stories and it was funny cause he always said come up here boo boo  and he bought some people up to answer questions.He was very entertaining and after the show he told us if you write the best story you will win a fishing rod and he showed us the fishing rod and then we did writing about it that is what happened when Hiwi the Kiwi came.

            In 2010 October the first in NZ

 I was digging around in the attic and found a pear of magic glasses. It was incredible what I could see with them in my house then I screamed !And saw animals in my house! And then I took them of quickly but then they couldn't come of ! I tried and tried but they wouldn't budge then one of the animals talk like a human then I was going to screamed but I sounded like a animal so then I tried to talk but I couldn't and I think they were trying two.The glasses made your eye balls turn round because the glasses were round and the leans were purple.A hour later the glass started to budge and budge and budge! then they came of! it was amazing! then I talk English and they animals were gone and was back to normal then I realised that I wouldn't have seen them.

Covenant blog

       what is a covenant
This week we have been learning about what is a covenant so you might know what a covenant is or you might not so lets get to it so on Thursday it was RE so we learnt  what a covenant is so if you don't mind I'm going to tell you .So a covenant is an agreement so you agree with someone cause just like Jesus flooded the land he promised Noah he wouldn't fooled the land ever again.

Today in Mahi tahi with kakapo and te Kua and we did a challenge were you taste things and your blindfolded and a other person it to give it to people who aren't  blindfolded and give you food and one person is the taster and they describe what its like and the other person guests. The four cs we used were calibration,cridecly thinking and a bit of communication paper seed wasn't very nice and i never tasted it before so i couldn't taste it and some other ones were hard to.We had to think hard to get the right answer and i would call it taste challenge
