This week we have been learning about what is a covenant so you might know what a covenant is or you might not so lets get to it so on Thursday it was RE so we learnt what a covenant is so if you don't mind I'm going to tell you .So a covenant is an agreement so you agree with someone cause just like Jesus flooded the land he promised Noah he wouldn't fooled the land ever again.

Mahi Tahi challenge Tui class
Mahi tahi challenge
Today in Mahi tahi with kakapo and te Kua and we did a challenge were you taste things and your blindfolded and a other person it to give it to people who aren't blindfolded and give you food and one person is the taster and they describe what its like and the other person guests. The four cs we used were calibration,cridecly thinking and a bit of communication paper seed wasn't very nice and i never tasted it before so i couldn't taste it and some other ones were hard to.We had to think hard to get the right answer and i would call it taste challenge
1 icing sugar
2 mustard
3 coco
4 lime juice
5 salt
6 mar-mite
7 rice bubbles
8 paper seed
9 golden syrup
10 chilli sauce
11 hot sauce
have you tired it before.

Landmarks Jw
Goggle earth
Today Mrs Cutler showed us what goggle earth was so we have been looking on our chrome books and we look on goggle earth and we went everywhere! like Paris,Ireland and New York it felt like we were actually there. So we look at famous landmarks to and I learnt something to about the leaning tower of Pisa it was just meant to be called tower of Pisa put on the thired fall it sunk into the ground so that's why the tower is called the leaning tower of Pisa .guest what I went into the white house it was cool but it thought it would be a bit different to what I thought it would but some other places you couldn't move and it was amazing.

I want to go to....
So I would like to go to Canada because they've got yum food. Well on the internet like nanaimo bar,butter tart,blueberrys,pouding chomeur,tiger tail ice cream,flapper pie and bannock so that's why.
Now another reason why to go to Canada is their land marks like Stanley park banff National park of Canada, CN tower and Butchart gardens and if you look them up you Will blow your mind.
Now my last reason why is their animals they are so beautiful like American bison, arctic hare,badger,beaver,little brown bat and mountain loin and elephants and that's why i want to go Canada.

How to write a biography
So first in a biography you need their date of Birth and death date and their early child life and adult life. Also some facts and the person you're writing about has to be real not like cat in the hat! and to do someone like Sir Edmund Hillary ate a Burger. I did a biography about Sophie Pascoe and she is real and you need to check and check and check to make a successful biography make sure a capital at the end of a full stop or at the start.

Today in Tui class we have been learning about famous people over the world like Sir Edmund Hillary and Jean Batten. On a slide we had to create a 200$ note and if you can see at the bottom I created mine and I think I did good.We got into groups and each group had a person and one group got the Queen and Kate Sheppard and other people. Our group got Sir Apirana Ngata and did you know that he encouraged Maori to keep their culture. If you look very close you will see letters that say RBNZ that stands for Reserve Bank of New Zealand) and his land mark is a Marae.I chose the kakapo because they never give up on something.
